| Work Check this out, at my work I have to use possibly THE worst computer program ever constructed. Once I've punched in the details and brought up some customers account I often have to adjust some of their details using the F2 key, however the Einstein of a programmer decided that the F3 key should be used to reset the whole program and wipe everything you've done. He was seemingly oblivious to the fact that the F2 key which gets used ALL the time to adjust stuff is right next to the key which resets everything.
THEN, as if to compound matters there is no way whatsoever of bringing up the details of the last account you dealt with once the program is reset.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGG GGGHHHHHHHH
I want to tear my hair out, I have to go through this almost every day!
Anyone else have to put up with ludicrous frustrations like this at work? |
