The phrase depends on how many times other folk have positive or negative repped you, in a perfect world the more pos rep points you have then the better (more flattering?!) the message would be for you but as it is we (I?) just add good suggestions in wherever there's space.
The only thing constant is that "best" is not as good as "2nd best"... |
