i find this an opportune moment to restate my belief that snape is Harrys real dad. star wars-esque twist.
(harrys mum liked/felt pity for snape, didn't initially like James...seeing as we will progressively deal with more adult themes, it's entirely possible they 'did it'...harrys mum ( can't remember her name....) was a witch, any (continually stated) resemblence to james Potter is the result of a spell. plus, Harry keeps finding out his dad wasn't really a very nice person ( bullying snape etc..) so it's not a huge leap to muddy his parentage a bit.
