as for the procedure.

cleaned up and stuff as usual, a receiving tube is inserted into the urethra. pierced on one side of the frenum based on your anatomy, from the outside in. then jewllery is fed through the canula as normal.

usualy pierced at 2.4 with a Ti ring but you may be able to get it at 3.2 is you ask nicely.

healing, you will probably bleed when you get it done, and the same for the first few nights as you get errect during sleep. clean with warm saline as you would anyting else. bleeding stoped for me after 3 days, others is one, some dont bleed much at all.

i had sex after about 3 week, need to use a condom for the first few times, to make sure you don't get an infection. once it's healed and secure you can drop that.

started stretching after about 3 months about one step every 4 weeks. it's so easy to stretch because the tissue is so soft. i'm going up to 6mm in a few weeks.
