I am not sure Will expressed what he meant well. I may be wrong but I think he means that this user is clearly very concerned by their scars and at the moment is not able to "love themselves" hence this thread (which is a very brave thing to do as presumably from the first post this is a user who is known to a number of other users here). It is a step in the right direction to do this and be able to accept yourself, whether the scars can be treated or not.
