Well, I was working in a Cell Biology lab the ultimate goal of which is to figure out certain things about how cells work which will hopefully, eventually, contribute something to knowledge of how some cancers operate.
The idea that
I was "working on the cure for cancer" would be likely to send some of the
real scientists I was working with into fits of hysterical laughter. I was a bit like an apprentice joiner in a very large construction company.
Although, I reserve the right to quote PetPiranha next time I'm chatting to an attractive lady......
Anyway, the long and short of it is that I'm a student bum again and I have loads of time (obviously, in between doing hilarious things like putting a traffic cone on my head and talking loudly and obnoxiously about the 7 whole pints I drank last night and how 'mad' it was) to create a "Poll of Poles" so I'll post one up soon, if that's what Andy Temple really wants......
