plus when you are starting your new pack your body is right on the threshhold of beginning to ovulate again, hence why you cant take a break of any more than 7 days - thats as long as a full pack of pills can protect you for. which is why I said better to be safe than sorry.
If you have had an accident then go speak to your pharmacist, or if you have FPC nearby go see them. They can advise you on yur next course of action.
