just watched this, and i was pretty impressed. tis a bit hard to follow at first (thats what i get for watching it in russian with english subtitles) but very good.
the product placement is noticable but doesnt overly impact the film. there's nothing like "hmm, yum i really love nescafe" - cue big grin, its more like, people will be seen holding nescafe cups, and there are nescafe banners in the supermarket etc.
im tempted to see if i can get an english translation of the books, i get a sense that they would explain more of whats going on. |
