Each day i'll also do a 5k run (hence why my legs are fecked... too much too soon) and stretching. Tuesday and Thursday should technically spent doing a JKD class as well.
If yer into bodyweight exercises try handstand pushups, obv if you can't balance on ye rhands go verticle against a wall. They're fucking murder, but I love them.
