Mon:
3x12 Incline Press
3x12 Overhead Press
3x12 Recline Dumbell press
3x12 Compound Row
3x12 hyperextensions
3x12 bent over row single arm
Wed:
3x12 Bench Press
3x12 Incline Press
3x12 Laterals
Fri:
3x12 Preacher Curl
3x12 Closegrip pressups (should be decline, but i'm not strong enough yet)
3x12 Bicep curls
3x12 Skullcrushers
3x12 Hammer Curls
3x12 Dips
Each day i'll also do a 5k run (hence why my legs are fecked... too much too soon) and stretching. Tuesday and Thursday should technically spent doing a JKD class as well. |
If yer into bodyweight exercises try handstand pushups, obv if you can't balance on ye rhands go verticle against a wall. They're fucking murder, but I love them.
