Nicotine is an appetite-supressant - you're piling on the weight because your body has suddenly remembered how to make you feel hungry again.

You need to stop eating sweets and binging during the day - try and stick to 3 big meals with no snacking if you can. Other than that, get grapes and cherries and have them around the house to munch on when you feel like eating something.
