have you got like really fair skin btw karbon? (not uncommon here in Scotland ofcourse).......yeah some people heal better than others and some people are allergic to certain ointments/creams.......I've only had an (kinda) allergic reaction to Bepanthen once so far, wich was on my back.......just some kinda rash appeared after using it for a few days so I just switched to Savlon and it cleared up pretty soon.......I have used different ointments over the years and I
do find Bep to be quite rich actually so it might not agree with some people's skin......I also think that Savlon does not really do that much for healing the ink really but it
is very mild though so might agree more with sensitive skin etc.......whatever works for you really.......I know some people that
swear by Savlon and even know some people that use nothing at all and it heals fine!.......ofcourse you
always have to keep it
clean but that goes without saying
