He did however spike several peoples drinks with absinthe and threaten one or two people with violence. I can't remember if the crossbow was included in these threats (was under the influence of cheap JD and coke at the time) but I do know he was drinking in the GUU beer bar the next day with his crossbow! (Perhaps we didn't tell them about him?)

Doesn't it only hold true if you are a life member of the QM union? Not if you are life member of another union? I always thought the reciprocal agreement was for current students?
