A friend of mine got sick of this and called them on Friday just past. He's away to Portugal tomorrow and wanted to know when we register - he was told it's either 22nd, 24th or 25th of September and is done in a meeting with a member of staff where you fill in your forms and pick your modules. It doesn't sound like we need to do all that queuing in the Assembly Hall this time, since the GGSL is a separate venture from the University of Strathclyde. My friend also said that the person he spoke to was either a bit clueless or disinterested and he couldn't get anything more specific from her, so I'm taking all this with a pinch of salt They really are worrying me a bit as well, but from what I understand this sort of thing is what they do and we shouldn't be concerned. I've already called up once to confirm I even have a place there, since they didn't bother to tell me after I accepted their offer...
