Do it squint, put in too small a hoop, or worse still a bar that's too small and it gets imbedded, be too gentle when you do it and kill the person because it takes ages and you have to fight to get it through, drop the ball into the person's ear, and take the needle out after piercing it then have to wrestle the jewellery in after arsing about 5 minutes to find some.
4 of these happened the first time I got mine done
I'm not going to mention where though as other than that I've always found the studio pretty damn good.
