you, know, I never even thought about them being repeated. I've just been taken a B complex and a multi vitamin ever since I was a little girl, so I hardly even count them anymore. Hmmm, maybees an evaluation of my vitamin needs is in order.
And I take diet pills for two reasons: 1) to lose weight and 2) to stay awake (I'm terribly lethargic all the time). Although I'm thinking of coming off the ones I'm on just now, as they're proper shit. My kingdom for ephedrine (yes, I know its very bad for you, but isn't everything?), the only diet supplement that actually works.
And rowsbette, with regards to the whole 'do veggies need supplements' thing, it was my doctor that recommended I take a B complex and a multivitamin with Iron when I went vegetarian at the age of 7. I had another doctor that told me vits were shit, but I guess it just varies wildly from one to another.
