and i must say i disagree with this, espessially with custom work (draw by studio). true if you are working to a budget then the price should be at least discussed before hand but its incredibly difficult to price a tattoo before its has actually been drawn.

a customer can say how big they want the tattoo
a customer can say where they want the tattoo
but they cant tell you what price its going to be
