I read somewhere for fast hair & nail growth you should take the supplements designed for pregnant women. I'm not sure which ones specifically, but maybe one of the combined supplements Boots sell?
Don't take my advice though
I know Boots sell a Healthy Hair & Nails supplement but it's not on the site. I always meant to try it cos my hair takes ages to grow as well.
