| Re: Nytol (And lack of sleep). Best trick is just to try and deal with your sleeping pattern. Your body needs time to adapt - give it that time.
Also, for at least 6 hours before bed (12 is better because caffeine stays in your body for ages) avoid food and drink containing stuff like caffeine which will keep you awake and stay away from computers for an hour or so before you want to sleep. Things like taking a bath and lying in bed reading should also help relax you and send you to sleep.
I also recommend a hot drink (coco or caffeine free tea) or a straight wiskey before bed. It'll do you the world of good. |
