I've been a bit under the weather the last week or so (bloody niece sneezed in my face - sister remarks afterwards "btw, she's sick"), so I've been neglecting my pill intake. Had a raging headache about 3-4 hours ago before I remembered my last caffeine dose was a few days ago. 400mg later (the equivalent of 12 or so cups of coffee) and I'm feeling a bit better.
I don't get stressed though, so I'm not sure what it's like to live off that. Probably about as good for the nervous system as my caffeine addiction
