Ive seen something very similar to this when I was visiting a friend in Edinburgh, back in feb. Confused the utter heck out me watching him use it, it seems like a pain in the arse really. Waggle your fingers all over your monitor to make things go elsewhere......or use your mouse and do it wihin the space of 1 inch.
