Bottom line is it will probably do you no harm. I remember when I was a lad we used to take paracetomol with alcohol in the stupid hope that it would make us more drunk and I'm still alive.
If you're worried, give it the amount of time on the pack to make sure it's fully metabolised and you're cool.
