Caffeine hits me hard and always
increases lethargy and bloating on the comedown.
Water, orange juice, and more than 5 hours sleep for the first time in a week after lots of 6am starts will hopefully reduce the lethargy.

Also, I did a subcrawl 2 weeks ago and didn't call them so here's hoping! *of course, I did end up making a girl cry and hitting my best friend, so let's hope for none of that either...*
