Not at all. It's the only Wii game that I've played where I found the controls to be awkward - especially in the mini-games.

It's had really mixed reviews - some folks are saying it's the best Mario Party games to date, other have been saying it's the same thing as the previous 7 games and isn't that great compared to WarioWare, Monkeyball and Rayman Raving Rabbids.
