| Workout recovery advice. I had my first workout for months yesterday and took it fairly easy but am hurting a fair bit in a couple of areas. In particular the muscles around my inner elbow in my non-dominant arm are really tight and sore.
I've been stretching it all day but am a bit worried that it'll be too sore/tight for me to work out again tomorrow and I'm determined to stick with it this time.
Any advice from you fit types for speedier recovery?
