It has a good Heartwarming Moment™. The Twix thing is a fine example of Repeat Until Funny™. Anything with "holy tits" in it wins automatic approval, as it's one of my three most commonly-used phrases, and I'm totally stealing "Christ in tights" for similar use.
Was expecting an ironic final line from the "I wish I was
dead" kid, but nothing springs to mind that isn't obvious and terrible. Well in, that man.
