You can but depleted Uranium quite easily and legally
here. If you're in the USA that is, as they won't ship outside the states.
Francium is only created a few atoms at a time and it has a half life of minutes so I dare say such a video doesn't exist. The reaction would likely be unspectacular anyway (unless you had MASSES of the stuff), for reasons explained in the link I posted above.
