| Paypal confusion
I've just set up an eBay account for myself, so thought I'd get my own Paypal set up so that I can buy stuff. I am now completely confused. I was hoping to just get a free account, whack my debit card details on there and voila! But it seems the premiere account is the better one for eBay, so I thought 'I'll see what the charges are'. It seems it's not just a normal subscription fee, but it seems it's just a portion of payments that you receive are your fee. And it seems there is a charge for debit card/credit card payments even on the free account. Is that just if someone makes a payment to your account with a card, as opposed to through their paypal account?
Anyway, basically, would I be OK with the basic free one, or should I go for the premier one and deal with them getting a small percentage of the money I receive? I don't want to opt for the one where I'll lose out on money when I could get the same thing for free because I haven't noticed what the difference is.
