That's how people go. Some people really like filing, organising and categorising things. Others, I suspect, are wary of leaving everything up to a machine in case it makes a bollocks of it. And others probably just find the whole approach patronising.

Linux is for control freaks who want absolute dominion over each and every aspect of running their machine. Apple seems to be geared towards the exact opposite. In theory Windows ought to be a comfortable middle ground, but too often it ends up with the worst of both worlds.
