You'd be surpried how many people are so concerned with the cost of getting a tattoo that they won't pay to travel.
But in the end - you get what you pay for.
We get people in everyday trying to barter, telling us that the bloke down the road will do it for £10 less! We tell them it's up to them then we have to charge em for the cover up or re-work a few months later. |
