you're usually asked to fill out an occupational health form that gets sent to Bupa or Capita or something to check out to see if you're fit for the job, so I would suggest you put anything on that about your times off due to stress. They'll contact your doctor and previous employers, but it shouldn't affect your chances of getting the job, it would more likely help them tailor the job to your needs etc. |
