Thinking in slightly more cyncial terms the first black president of the US (although Obama isn't making it an issue in his campaign) would probably do the US presidencys current international reputation as the domain of stupid rich white men a great deal of good.
I suspect if Hilary got in then people might suspect Bill was still running the show to an extent...
