Re: The best Gyms in Glasgow

i have done a lot of rowing and yoga but due to back probs after the fall it was pretty painful to continue on and even now its still quite tender but i have been watching what i have been eating, and doing exercise when i can but it would be good to have somewhere to go where i coudl do it properly.

Was considering trying to find one with a personal trainer to keep me in track. the past gyms i have tried in clydebank and further areas were very small and with a member base of at least 50+ arriving at the same time as me means very little time to do any work out at all and you found yourself floating about the hall trying to find something vacant or doing warmups all the time. waste of £45 a month for just floating lol.
