No, but not all compensation claims are made on the basis of being out of pocket. It's been very disruptive at the worst time of year for it. Maintenance of the boiler comes under their jurisdiction as landlords (I believe) and therefore its failure is a failure on their part to do as they should - entitling us to comeback.
