I'm quite happy being single, I'm just not loving how Valentine's Day marketing seems designed to make us singletons feel inadequate.
This week's More magazine has this "10 Things You Do When You're Single" spread, with stuff like "Wax and wear your sexist underwear to the pub, you could meet HIM anywhere" and "pretend to have a secret admirer on Facebook then add your ex." We're not all that desperate.
