It's not like we're going to be facing an armed uprising against the Scots and Gordon Brown being hung, drawn and quartered outside Westminster. More like a persistent grumbling and a "Well, if they want a parliament and money why don't they just bugger off and do it" kind of attitude - basically English support for a new devolution settlement.
Having a Scottish Prime Minster and Chancellor probably doesn't help matters, because they don't have control over the laws in their own constituencies and that can be used to great effect by the media. You've also got the pair of them voting on laws which only affect England and Wales.
