See I don't see the problem with this as long as the person is doing a good job with the company they are at. If Dec brings punters into Bamboo they might go see him at The Garage and vice versa. If Barry was to start doing at a night elsewhere would Forbes suddenly go "Fair enough. Barry brings in punters, is good at his job, and the reason a lot of people come here but he's still getting bagged"?
