not exactly; for the most part i reckon it's the club's job to get people there in the first place (with flyers, magazine adverts etc) and the dj's job to give 'em a night they enjoy so they come back again. people who've employed me have normally just judged that since the nights i do are generally pretty busy, if they can get people there, i'll make 'em return.
obviously i try to help remind people where i'm working if i meet em (or with bebo and all that stuff) but i'd never get away with telling people in one veune that they should come see me in another.
i could totallu understand CPL sacking Dec if he'd been handing out flyers for the Classic Grand inside the Garage. But just for working somewhere else? Outrageous.
