Hmm - which is worse? I think the sensation of paralysis must be awful - as i said, at the time i thought it was a bad dream, but it did feel real.... - then again, my mum found my brother about to walk down the stairs while sleepwalking when we were kids, and if he had fallen down the stairs, eeek!
