| Protein supplement I’ve been training pretty hard recently, been eating my meals during the day and before training but when i come home from mma training or just a session at the gym i am starving and sometimes it can be close to 10 o’clock.
I will come home and then have another meal late at night, i know this is bad for my training. My mate said get some protein shake mix and shove a handful of oats into it to fill me. Think this would work?
Basically i am trying to fill myself when i get home from training without taking in too many calories but also maybe trying to make it benefit me.
My current training is strength train, lost 2 and a half stone in the last year and dropped some muscle by doing so, so trying to build my strength up cause at mma training some guys just use strength to submit me and i don’t have the strength to counter.
Also now i am trying to lose a little more weight around my stomach so might be coming off strength training soon might just try balance out the cardio and weights for a couple of months.
Anyone know what i should be buying?
just been looking at Meal Replacements, think they might be helpful?
