I did use Promax Diet, which worked well but was too expensive. Now I use Smart-tec WheyFX. Pretty similar without the green tea, CLA and caffeine added, but I'm still losing fat slowly so it's working too. You can buy it from powerhouse fitness shop, which I'd recommend for whatever you buy as they'll price match anything, meaning the promax diet can be yours for 31 quid rather than 40. |
