| Re: Protein supplement If you're doing BJJ as part of an MMA class the chances are your BJJ is pretty basic. If you want to avoid getting tapped then you should take the time to go to a BJJ class, if you're relying on strength to avoid subs then you've probably got a hole in your game.
Get to the BJJ class and you'll see the improvement when you go to the MMA class.
