It's not prescription, I got it in Boots. I'm using it on a 1 month course cos my gums kept bleeding after I brushed my teeth. It tastes RANK (it lied when it said it was mint flavoured) but I've been using it a couple of weeks and my gums and teeth feel alot healthier and don't bleed anymore. I'll switch back to Dentyl after the month is up and only use it occassionally. All the instructions are on the bottle. |
