In all seriousness, I was told mirena was the creme de la creme of hormonal contraceptives and even with that I'm still getting hormonal skin breakouts and heavy crampy periods like clockwork. The injection made me bleed constantly for six months straight, the pill makes me gain weight and have bad skin. I'm contemplating the nuvaring but I reckon that if that doesn't work, I'm off to get my tubes tied.
