In all seriousness, I was told mirena was the creme de la creme of hormonal contraceptives and even with that I'm still getting hormonal skin breakouts and heavy crampy periods like clockwork. You tried the copper coil? It's not quite as reliable as the hormonal methods but you won't get the hormonal swings.
Have you discussed getting your tubes tied? It is reversible, but they don't really like doing it unless there are pretty strong reasons to do it (like one of your children dying - obviously very very unlikely). I'd think they'd do it for you - you're young but you have 3 kids and are married so I'm sure they'll think you've thought it through and had as many kids as you want.
