I have nothing against Sound Control. Always have been helpful and have sorted a few minor problems for me free-of-charge. And following some haggling, i even got a good whack off the retail price of my Gibson, and they also threw in a good few top notch extras for nothing.
McCormacks is dearer for certain things, and Sound Control is a bit over priced for some things also, but some of there deals are great.
Though saying this, i was in McCormacks, and whilst i was having a chat with one of the staff, he offered a complete re-tonation of my guitar for nothing. For guitar servicing my choice is McCormacks, and for the rest it's SC.
