Every time I went for a booking appointment my midwife would ask me what my cycle length was. I seriously have no clue, it makes me feel somewhat less of a woman that I can never remember how long ago I shed. It's also not good if I'm panicking about being pregnant.
I'm spotty all the time thanks to the coil so that doesn't work as a predictor for me
