You’ve filled up the waste trap and outlet pipe under/behind the sink. You need to take it apart and empty it. Messy, nasty, filthy job … but not difficult. Put towels/newspaper/anything down all around the floor first.
Under your sink there should be a bulbous plastic bit with a horizontal pipe that goes off from it into the wall, aye? You need to twist to release and remove the bulbous plastic bit. It’ll be full of your puke.
When you remove that waste trap, all the puke backed up in the sink will fall straight through onto the floor and your hands … so scoop out as much of it as you can and get rid of it cleanly before starting.
