You can easily look unhealthy and be in perfect health, as you can easily look healthy and be harbouring a terminal illness.
Seeing as I know Ms Bikuki is likely to appreciate this and that I also know she can't really know anything about the girl's actual health I, reasonably I think, assumed she
did purely mean that the girl
looks unhealthy.
She looks borderline emaciated, emaciation can indicate disease and poor health. These days it doesn't
have to mean that, of course.
