I'm going on the cabbage soup diet (which actually looks surprisingly healthy) for a week before my ball cos I don't want to feel like a whale there, and then going to make an effort to get more exercise (I do actually eat reasonably well, I just don't have the time or the motivation to do any exercise just now). |
