I'm going on the cabbage soup diet (which actually looks surprisingly healthy) for a week before my ball cos I don't want to feel like a whale there, and then going to make an effort to get more exercise (I do actually eat reasonably well, I just don't have the time or the motivation to do any exercise just now). |
Tell me more about this. I want to do something to hugely kick off my weight loss and some kind of soup/maple syrup diet followed by a GI plan was what I was hoping to do. Kirsty keeps telling me to try weightwatchers but it's too much counting for my liking.

Seriously thinking about getting a bike and cycling to work in the mornings..

If I lived nearer Glasgow I would cycle to work, I think the cycle home would kill me though because it's all uphill. Go for it, Al!
